Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for calcium chloride?
A: Typically, our MOQ is one 20ft container (approx. 20-25 tons). Smaller quantities for special grades or samples can be negotiated separately.

Q2: What is the typical lead time for an order?
A: For standard specifications, shipment usually occurs within 7-14 working days after receipt of deposit or L/C.

Q3: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We generally accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or Irrevocable L/C at sight. Open account or more flexible terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

Q4: Does your pricing include shipping costs? A: We can provide FOB, CFR, or CIF quotes. CIF is often preferred by overseas buyers as we have stable partnerships with reliable logistics providers.

Q5: Do you provide free samples?
A: We can provide 1-2kg of free samples for testing. However, the courier cost is usually borne by the buyer.

Q6: Is OEM customized packaging supported?
A: Yes. We can design and print color bags or neutral packaging according to your requirements, though this usually requires a minimum order quantity.

Q7: What is the main difference between Anhydrous and Dihydrate calcium chloride?
A: Anhydrous has a purity of 94% or higher and is highly hygroscopic; Dihydrate has a purity of 74-77% and is more physically stable.

Q8: What product shapes do you offer?
A: We offer Flakes, Pellets (Prills), Powder, and Granular forms.

Q9: What is the difference between Industrial Grade and Food Grade?
A: Food Grade has strict limits on heavy metals (Pb, As, Hg) and must be produced in HACCP-compliant environments.

Q10: How long is your price validity?
A: Due to fluctuations in raw materials and ocean freight, our quotes are typically valid for 3-7 days.

Q11: Can you provide a Certificate of Origin for tariff reduction?
A: Yes, we provide Form A, Form E, RCEP, and other regional certificates to help you obtain customs duty exemptions.
